Forging Ring

We've integrated China's first ultra-precision cryogenic forging line, equipped with a 12,000T specialized die forging unit and cryogenic forging auxiliary system. It can perform high-temperature, room-temperature, and low-temperature forging, with an annual forging production capacity of 30,000 tons.
We're proficient in open die forging and closed die forging. For open die forging, we have equipment like the German Siempelkamp 70MN Fast Forging Press. For closed die forging, we currently have an 8000-ton die forging press, etc. In 2024, a 220MN German Schuler electric screw press will be commissioned, and a 550MN hydraulic press will be commissioned in 2026.

Open Die Free Forging Capabilities:

Maximum part weight: 230-250 tons; Maximum opening diameter: 5,500mm; Maximum length: 24m. The length of nuclear energy forgings can reach more than 20m, and the length of large marine crankshafts exceeds 20m. 

Ring Rolling Capabilities:

The ring rolling machines ranging from 0.6m to 10m. and can produce ring components for aerospace engines and gas turbines, covering a processing size range from 200mm to 10,000mm.

Application Cases:

● In China, we have achieved the production of 10 - meter - class rings, which are mainly used for wind turbine tower flanges.

● In 2023, we successfully rolled 11.8 - meter - diameter oversized ring parts for applications in the wind power, aerospace, and other fields.
China's ring rolling industry has developed a pattern of full - size coverage and multi - discipline applications. The largest rolling diameter reaches 13 meters, and its technical level and production capacity rank among the world's leading ones.

Closed Die Forging Development:

We can meet the production needs of forgings in different sizes, including small and medium - sized precision forgings and large precision forgings.
Moreover, we support the high - precision production of complex parts, such as aerospace high - precision components (aero - engine blades, turbine disks).
